What's wrong with the reset.css taking priority in #WordPress 7.0 in all my blogs?
The font is set as serif, rather than the correct one defined in other CSS files that should overwrite the reset.css
Is it just me?

It seems #WordPress needs a theme.json with some config to just style the fonts in the editor? I don't like this. Here's what I had to do: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/editor-font-is-wrong/#post-18914459
