MacOS 27 Update... no "clean install" option yet, still shows Tahoe on my M1 Max, so I just upgraded the existing Tahoe installation. First impression - Iiked the non-glass window decorations better, especially the close/min/max buttons. Otherwise, things feel pretty snappy and fast, which is nice, and everything, even Crossover/Wine still works.
