You can be annoyed by gluten bad gluten free while recognizing the real pain of celiacs.
Just because it isn't a visible disease does not mean everyone is in the right.
I dislike the disregard for vegans in the post, still.

I once had a buddy with Celiac's, it was interesting trying to find a restaurant that worked for us both. The tide of hipsters wanting everything gluten free was a godsend!

Nah I guarantee NOBODY is going through the gluten free diet unless they really believe there might be a chance they're allergic. And you have to go gluten free for a bit to see if you are.
