Last month I moved my object storage the other way, from Backblaze to Hetzner.
Reasons:
1. Backblaze communication errors ("no tomes") steadily increasing month on month
2. Backblaze transfer speeds steadily decreasing month on month
3. Backblaze is US-owned; my (EU-based) clients are demanding "full EU" regarding data sovereignty
Hetzner seems rock solid based on 6 weeks experience and has solved all the above problems for me.

@drewph@c.im Hetzner isn't bad, but their buckets occasionally fail, resulting in no object (pictures, videos) getting loaded on my timeline. Outage can vary from hours to the better part of a day and "occasionally" is usually every month or so. You might have been in luck so far.
