One of the tricks of capitalism is that a few people succeed big. Then they join the other rich people in claiming "it's possible. anyone can do it. you're just not trying hard enough." Inequality requires success stories and keeping all the poor folk wanting to protect the money at the top because it's gonna be their turn any day now.
