otoh it might be better to just peruse the abundance of spoons and never reüse a spoon once put down. Especially as spoons on the table is a kitchen / social room kind of thing to do, so the spoon source should be right there

@mi@awawa.cat @sashag@anarres.family @h5e@tech.lgbt but they might not have this specific kind of spoon. Or this could be the home setting where you have a custom mug with a matching spoon (e.g. I'm using a very large mug and we only have two spoons of that size and one of them has handle of a shape I don't like)
