According to an article in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, Hamas offered a deal to return all civilian hostages on October 7th, 2023, at 19:00. The prime minister of Quatar called the head of Mossad and told him that Hamas is ready to release all civilians now, and we are prepared to mediate. But the Israelis weren't interested.
