I was in Peru a couple of years ago. We went to a planetarium and learned about the night sky as well as viewed constellations through several telescopes. The Inca people called it Mayu, which basically means sacred River from which all life comes. They also made/saw constellations of/in negative space as well as with stars. @chu@climatejustice.social
