I just saw a mom ride by with a young child on the back of their bike. She was trying to converse with them in Spanish, “Cómo te llamas?” “what is your name?” And the kid just squealed in response “ooooooeeeeeeeee!!” like they were having too much fun on the back of the cargo bike.

@ascentale@sfba.social my favorite “living your best bike life” moment remains the time I saw a dad on a cargo bike booking it down our local bike path with two boys on the back wearing those warrior-crested helmets and superhero costumes, standing on the footboards, and cheering him on. No kid in the city was having more fun on the way to school.
