You can't easily go out to see a splashdown in the middle of the ocean, therefore space travel is fake.

Except for all the private boats parked right outside of the restricted area watching with binoculars. If they are landing on land it would have to be in like a middle of desert/plains anyways and it's not exactly trivial to go watch in person either
