How long do you spend in the shower? Do you have time to turn off your brain for 5–10 minutes? I recommend it from time to time. Sometimes I even drive to work, or especially from work, without any audio on. It’s surprisingly relaxing. But maybe I’m talking to one of the generations who grew up with mobile phones. I imagine it’s harder for them.
