@HollieK72@mastodonapp.uk is making a coffee or going to the loo "moderate to strenuous"? I think it's more like every hour you have to spend 5 minutes running up & down the stairs. So even worse if you're in back to back meetings and you show up (in person or on Zoom) all sweaty and dishevelled.
