The administration is now harassing them even more, demanding information (via a grand jury subpoena) on Langone's healthcare providers who *used* to provide gender affirming care. Even worse for Langone, if they do comply, their patients could sue them for violating their privacy rights. Meanwhile, efforts by families and state agencies to resist this kind of bullying in California and Rhode Island have been successful.
