Dang. I’m guessing it’s the same with homes still being quadruple their value, thus eliminating the purchasing ability of 95% of the people.

@Rlyn@nicecrew.digital @Terry@poa.st right what you would expect to see, in the face of “at least some” notorious deportations at scale, demand destruction due to increasing interest rates (7% mortgages now), along with continuous homebuilding “everywhere”, is that prices would be crashing through the floor and accelerating we, uh…. don’t see that instead we see: rents going berserk, home prices remaining ludicrous, companies still playing stupid H-1B games the kikeflation engine is fully engaged, and doesn’t stop until Hitler shows up and starts shooting people that are busy milking it for all it’s worth
