After several more emails with customer service, I was told to open a chat and after some explaining, the chat, finally gave me a code that worked!
Yesterday, I had to go to the same location and with the app fully set up, I was ready to pay “easily” and “conveniently” for the parking. Well… it took me several attempts to make the app to identify the parking lot before I was asked to pay a “convenience” fee on top of the parking fee! 😡 (2/2)

@Siff@mstdn.social I do get that they can be easier to work with - I know when I go into London on the train for an evening, I can pay for my parking at the station while on the train. Not huge, but I get it. I do think you should be able to pay with a card at least, in person. Ideally with cash too - but given that so many are "$3.20 for an hour, 4.43 for two hours" I can see that having the right change might be a pain. What annoys me most if that I have 4 different parking apps on my phone. Because every single place seems to have a different app needed. So even when I have installed and set up one, next time, I will need another one.
