@dlakelan@mastodon.sdf.org they “apparently” exfiltrate your FDE key? did you read the article you posted? it says that uploading your key to microsoft’s cloud is optional. do they exfiltrate my key if i opt out of cloud recovery too?

@flisk@fops.cloud @dlakelan@mastodon.sdf.org if they're willing to give access to any part of the system to cops there's no reason to trust the system. bitlocker also just has a variety of other flaws that make it dogshit to use
