Just got myself pissed off about that Thursday conversation about how I am rated exceptional at work, and have been for years, which is restricted at my work (about 10% of total, I think, within a large company), and somehow this still yielded a 0% raise because I'm already over my salary cap at level. 'No worries, though, we gave you a one time stipend that is less than 0.1% of salary.' Last year I got an 11% raise. This year the CEO more than doubled his millions of dollars in salary while everyone else got a 0% raise. Fuck these billionaires, yo. Fuck being held down.
