Specifically, the second image is clearly not just posed, and the first one looks very uncannily like AI. In the second image, there’s no forced perspective. Those tables and chairs in the background are clearly larger than the bears, but not large enough for the bears to be normal plushie-sized the bears are clearly leaning in ways which are unstable, and would fall over if posed in such a way, even with a wireframe within. The blocks the bears are using are not any block, toy, or even object that I can recognise , and do not seem to have any conceivable purpose, either in the context of the picture or in the context of objects that were placed there from real life.
In the first image, the face of that duck is so uncanny that I do not believe that it is a real plushie. The felt of the cart makes little to no sense for a real toy, and the objects in the background of the picture are just real enough to look like an office cubicle, but not real enough to be clearly identifiable. Is this taken in a miniature office space? If so, why is the depth of field such that the entirety of the felt cart is in focus, but the wall immediately behind it is not?
