You have a lobbying meeting with people from various NHS trusts, and advertise directly to them one-to-one, then things go into further tests/trials and may be chosen as one of the solutions/options to a particular ailment. You can then pay some sort of additional bribe/special offer directly to doctors to be the preferred option for that particular ailment.
