@TOCCNewman Question for you: Thousand Oak's 24 month contract with Flock Safety was made in Feb 2024, and seemingly was set to expire this Feb 2026, yet did not come before city council for renewal. What happened? Is the contract still active? Did it get moved to a contract between TOPD and Flock Safety? I emailed the City Manager's office about this twice and got no response. Would love some insight if you have any to share!
