I think you need to put more weight on their qualifier word “peacefully”.

Do you have enough guns to fight the US military? No? Well neither do I. Which is why there are steps that must be followed. And right now those are peaceful protest and voting. Making sure everyone votes. The time for violence is likely coming, but it has to be after the election. After Trump blatantly ignores the will of the people.
