The fact that banks trust it enough, is a completely new development for me. That does sound like a new paradigm. And it’s scary.

Since the war started, they are sandboxed and allowed to try everything they can come up with, with the state either ignoring their practices or integrating them into their own workflow, so my country became an ideal testing ground other fiends can learn from.
