The only people who understand Kavanaugh's position are the nine SCOTUS justices. Every other legal scholar on the planet is reading through this opinion carefully. It's literally over a hundred pages of incredibly dense legal theory. Trump, as usual, is bloviating about shit he doesn't know the first fucking thing about.
