I worked really hard on getting the steam boot animation to play without being cut off at all and getting the desktop switching smooth. I also got the performance overlay working with 4k scaling which was tricky. It uses a ton of hard to find command line flags and runs steam inside gamescope with kde not even running in game mode. It's pretty cool to have a custom mutable steamos and just use pacman. I've had this running on a strix halo mini PC hooked up to my TV for a while now.
