now to see if me copying nicolium.json to the right directory in the nginx container does what I think it does... I have it set up fine but i need to see if i can rig it up to be default.

the new container is still building. i need to see if i cant ditch the `pnpm fetch -y' command from the Dockerfile as that's easily the slowest part, but i also need to be sure it pulls everything. bleh.
