Pinochet was put in to save Rockefeller's "investments" (copper mines), and other jew-scum. All that activity was just a more exaggerated form of the Uniparty system. Anyone who tried to help the poor in any way was labeled "commie" and disappeared (kidnapped / murdered) - didn't have to be actual commies. Friends and family of those disappeared were psychologically damaged. The ruling-jews (who ran both "sides") found that "disappearing" was even more effective than just murdering and leaving the body, as a way of terrorizing people.
