HUH. So this is a weird thing from Hastings after the incident. They tell me they can't identify the driver (they were arrested at the scene) and then go onto say they are returning my excess and re-instating my previous bonus (!) due to uninsured driver promise as the driver was uninsured (!). This is not remotely logical.
