A service I recently cancelled because I couldn't continue using it without downloading another freaking app called me wanting to know why. Quit making apps mandatory. I'm at a stage in life where I feel like I've learned enough to happily live it with the skills I've got. Even for products & services I've used for decades, introducing mandatory apps (or make it almost unusable without) will make me cancel quicker than anything else. /rant
