  If this goes as expected, we’ll get more cancer, more premature death and worse quality of life. This court is so corrupt that, in a fair system, the majority of “justices” would have been impeached and removed long ago.

  Last-minute Alito recusal In a surprise move, the court notified lawyers in the case just one week before argument that Justice Samuel Alito had decided not to participate. The court clerk provided no explanation in his letter.
