Do you have any experience with Docker? I’ve been running a mail server myself without too much trouble. More than happy to help if you wanted similar.

Yes, but since it is for my business, I did not want to risk emails not getting delivered properly. I only pay Microsoft like $6 a month, and I have no problem with that expense for the piece of mind. I just hate Microsoft and want to use their products as little as possible.
