I binged two shows in the last two weeks. #Ponies and #SpiderNoir. Both got canceled after one season. But honestly, both shows told a solid story and don't need a second season. One didn't have the happy ending, which is fine. The other told a complete story and continuing it would be milking it. Not all TV needs multiple seasons to tell a proper story. I treat most 8-10 episode seasons as limited series. I honestly don't miss the 22-24 episode seasons. You can be good without elongation.

To back up my claim. I also binged #dtfstlouis, and that was a great single season show. I loved the sorry. S1 of #SugarATV was great, but season two was unnecessary.

But, on the flip side. There are many brilliant shows that have a _few_ good seasons, but then continue to milk and don't know when to stop. It really taints some great stories. A few that come to mind, #HowIMetYourMother, #raydonovan, #house, #heroes. Some were impacted by the infamous writers strike, but tainted nonetheless.
