They know damn well that dude has other chicks, but still do it anyways. Or look at history. Kings, emperors, high class. They had harems with multiple of willing women. Where am I going with this? Monogamy is a male thing. Polygamy is the female default. They do not mind sharing a guy if he's the biggest Chad or one of the biggest.
