By that I mean:
- a small city
- green
- walkable
- tech community
- with a university
- overall educated populace
- close to an international airport
- by a river, lake or sea
..but with better weather and where I could buy a house with a garden for under 500k. Hence why it can't be Switzerland.

@Gina@fosstodon.org @Bro666@social.tchncs.de I think @_elena@mastodon.social already mentioned it, but Genova may be a good fit (don't let the strada sopraelevata Aldo Moro put you off, the city is wonderful, and you can be directly in the mountains with public transportation).
