My wife works her ass off day after day making t-shirts, hats, dolls, wall hangings, and more from reclaimed fabric. She pivoted from using acrylic because of the environmental impact. She refuses to use AI because of the impact it is having on the environment and on the livelihood of artists. She works so hard, but she doesn't have access to an agent or marketing team and so she struggles to get eyes on her pieces and sell them.

It makes me so sad because I don't have the skills to help her. I don't have the right contacts, or social media skills. And we are both neurodivergent so that adds to the complexity. Yet I go to markets and see people selling pieces that are clearly AI generated slop.
