While technically correct, this is such a supremely tone deaf statement that I have to wonder if they’re just going full mask off.

What’s even more stupid is that she propagates the protein myths AND points them at sources that are not really all that cheap. If she wanted to help people that are worried about “getting their protein” (oh FFS, and JFC. 🙄 ) she could point them at rice and beans for a much more budget-friendly option with a much longer shelf life.
