NVIDIA handles hardware design and software components, TSMC handles actual silicon manufacturing, and a third party handles assembly. This is the case for nearly all hardware companies outside of Intel, Samsung, and a few domestic companies in the PRC.

And even those other companies only manufacture some of the components Most components they need come in plastic rolls that machines pick up and place on boards, and other such methods It's just like any other business, most stuff is bought and assembled into the final produt, but not produced locally.
