In all other things, sure. But I won't stick my nose up at an otherwise spineless person growing a small degree of structural fibrous cartilage against the Trump administration.
After he stonewalls the FCC, then he can go fuck himself for everything else. Unless this amounts to no more than political posturing, in which case he is free to start at his earliest convenience.
