@owen@mastodon.transneptune.net @mayintoronto@beige.party RACI is great for explicitly scoped and bounded projects; the problem is that the details change from project to project so attempting to define a permanent one always ends up in operational friction and gaps.
Context is everything, and a RACI set in stone denies the reality that context changes all the time.
