It is a graph of in ICE detention comparisons between people with Criminal convictions, pending charges, and people without a criminal history.
The inflection point is in Roughly OCT 2025 when people with Criminal Convictions and Pending charges numbers stay steady, while the number of people without any criminal conviction skyrockets, line in Red, and far surpasses the previous two groups. Roughly 25,000 people are in custody w/o criminal charges compared to ~15,000 people with convictions, black line, & pending charges, gray line, respectively.
