For Ukraine, such a capability could become a fundamentally new tool for countering ballistic missiles. In that case, Ukraine would not wait for a Russian missile to be launched to intercept it in the air, but would instead locate and strike the launchers themselves on Russian territory.

@Sovereign@nicecrew.digital it really baffles me they change these rules only now? like, if they really wanted Ukraine to win, why didn't they do this at the outset of the war? it makes no sense. unless....they're just using this as a testing ground to see how Russia fights for real.
