In announcing the settlement, Bonta's office touted a long list of concessions the AG had wrung from the Ellisons before greenlighting this indefensible, illegal and dangerous merger. Every! single! one! of these concessions is *meaningless bullshit*. Bonta just handed the American movie and TV sector to two of the most odious creeps to draw breath, surrendering without firing a shot. 2/
