Walked for miles in the hospital and finally found the place in the basement via a lift with a broken mirror (no ‘Beware of the Leopard’ sign that I saw though) #selfie

Tonight has been good for self esteem. The doctor said “you’re obviously quite muscular”* and that I don’t look anywhere near as old as my age. So I could have cuddled him for that (but didn’t) * there are BMI** ranges to qualify that I’m now within but that shifts the scale in my favour even more ** and yes, I have many issues with BMI
