This is one of that “I need to ask for help or else I will angry-cry and not be able to try again for weeks or months or years” type of problem.
I just want to play Starcraft 1. It’s free, linux mint cinnamon was free, I fucking hate windows / microsoft, and brain no fucking worky. I just want to play starcraft, for fuck’s ever-cunting fucking sake.

I did both of these on here. https://www.gamingonlinux.com/guides/view/how-to-install-battle-net-on-linux-steamos-and-steam-deck-for-world-of-warcraft-and-starcraft/ Steam one works but won’t show any games (but the Shop tab works?!?!) And Lutris one shows the narrow log in window loading, then wine debugger pops up on the left, does some matrix shit, and closes itself. Rinse and repeat
