The article says it seems to have been an organized group. I wonder how one gets into such a group? Like, do they just send somebody a private message on a decentralized platform with a link to some sort of encrypted messaging app or something? Unrelated, my inbox is open to anyone wanting to just say hi! No I am not kidding.

Nice! Remember, if you’re anti-AI data centers for environmental reasons, you should also be vegan. Animal agriculture is a much larger plague on the environment.

At first read I thought the article was talking about a university research lab. Had to click the CBC link to find out it’s building of an actual “AI company.”
