MLM is much worse than charging. There's a pressure part to that whole arangement. Not so much with meta. Take it or leave it. Plus, there's plenty of sub $100 options FDA aproved and if they are going to get the glasses anyways, it might make sence. I don't think it's the end of the world.

@serrebi@serrebiradio.com blind people did not deserve the artificial barrier to employment Freedom Scientific created when its supporters interfeered with narator. Charging Deaf people for an accomodation using the same software every glasses owner has is taking money from disabled people for nothing, a lower price but just as selfish as Freedom Scientific keeping us poor.
