@jerzone@techhub.social The rock stairs reminds me of old Civilian Conservation Corp work. They built some amazing things at many parks back in the day.
I did a quick search, CCC was very active in NH but I couldn't connect them to your trail steps...

@lfisk@infosec.exchange There were so many of them, especially as it got closer to the top and steeper. I found one other photo of stairs from about halfway up, not as impressive but still useful.
