I may be reading too much into it, but it always felt grating that none of these emoji ghouls could write “crafted with love”, an ordinary thing I might say about an actual project of mine. no, it was always “crafted with heart emoji” because love was too strong of a word
and now these people love the automated emoji ghoul because it lets them feel like 🤔🤯 is a complete thought

@zzt@mas.to I mean I won't let the LLMs take away my love for emojis but yeah the "made with heart emoji" is such slimy corporate shit. Similar vibe to rainbow capitalism in a way. (Also, isn't it funny how rainbow capitalism kinda just stopped the second it become socially acceptable again to be openly fascist)
