My dad has planned like big trip weekends and things to do with my brother and sister, but has told me that he'll only plan trips like that with me once I have a job. First of all, me having equal value and privileges to my siblings should not be tied to whether or not I have a job. Secondly, once I do get a job, I sure as hell am not spending a lot of my precious days off to be with him!!!!!!
