@Terry@detroitriotcity.com All I have to do is not show up. Same for every other man. They can't make you fight. They can't make you take the oath. As long as you don't follow enlistment procedure you're a civilian, subject to civilian law. You can drag that legal proceeding out for years, file appeals, gum up the works. If it comes to sending you in with martial law first loaded gun they hand you kill your CO. They know this, so there will be no draft. Bookmark it.
