I have gotten no fewer than 3 inquiries from private equity about buying Animal Fix Clinic in the last *week.* I don’t even dignify them with a response anymore because clearly you did zero research if you want to acquire a nonprofit. But like… this is what’s happening with veterinary care. The vast majority are owned by PE. doctors have a quota for daily billing. Vet techs aren’t allowed to recommend spectrum of care alternatives while performing the vast majority of care and avoidable euthanasia.
